| It's hard to believe that more
than 30 years have passed since Seidman Associates
began. We started in a spare bedroom in Westbrook,
Connecticut that was later inhabited by my first
son, Lon (who is now grown and working with
the company). In those days our office was hardly
state-of-the-art (a single line rental phone
and a manual typewriter). Today technology allows
us to operate our business in eight locations
in America (located in Connecticut, Indiana,
Maryland, Florida, and California) and in three
Asian countries. Our logo was born in 1984,
and somewhere along the way we became known
as "The Safety Zone." |
While much has changed over
the years, one thing will remain the same
- our dedication to you, our customer. Customer
service means getting a real person (not a
machine) when you call our office, addressing
your concerns in a personal and timely manner,
and doing what it takes to help meet your
needs.
